These Eco earrings are made from brown paper bag that have been treated, painted with copper and then pleated. Gold leaf was applied and various sizes of gold beads were added at the edge. These dangle from gold ear wires that were attached though gold spirals and are 3" long and 2" wide at the base.

They look like metal and will be quite the conversation piece when you tell people what they are really made out of.
